Fall Conferences are on the way!
I know with the online gradebook, my website, and e-mail that you already have a good idea on what we are doing and how your child is performing. Still it can be nice to sit down and touch base. If you would like to stop by and have a conference during the week of 10/14, please click on the button below. If you don't see a time that works with your schedule, please e-mail me and we can see what we can do.
(When you sign up for a time, please include your child's name.)
Wild at Heart Writing Contest: 4th, 5th, & 6th grade students can submit a creative writing piece about Arizona hawks or owls and win the class a live raptor presentation from Wild At Heart. Students who send in a writing piece can also turn in a copy of it for extra credit! |
Do You Want to Take a Salamander Home?

1. Get your parents' permission 2. Research how to take care of them (Water Dogs / Tiger Salamanders) (More info on Nat Geo website) (The best research site) 3. Write a letter to Mr. L persuading him that you will be able to take good care of them |
Mr. L will be looking for the best perspective owners

Winners will announced on Friday, and salamanders can go home on Monday (9/9).
